We’re sure the fall foliage outside is spectacular for our newly settled clients who just relocated from New York to heart of Rittenhouse Square. They're going from books in boxes to gorgeous built-in's above the fireplace.

Our clients needed a quiet and spacious place to put down roots as they start a new position at Penn!

They fell in love with a tree lined street in Rittenhouse and we wrote a really good offer (the sellers cancelled the Open House good).

They came from a small apartment in NYC and now they have room for a home office. Not to mention, there’s a whole bunch of room for their extensive collection to get out of the boxes and into the built ins!
