Vanessa has lived in Center City Philadelphia and surrounding suburbs since 2000. She has an intimate knowledge of the area and can provide genuine insight into what makes each one unique. As a mother of three, she understands the importance of finding the right home and community to meet the needs of individuals and families and strives to make sure that her clients get exactly what they are looking for.
 
With over eight years of marketing and customer service experience in both the wellness and pet industries, Vanessa has a natural ability to connect with people on a personal level to discover their specific needs and follows through with reliable and trustworthy service to help them achieve their dreams. Her genuine nature and positive personality will immediately put you at ease and ensure that your real estate experience is as stress free as possible. Vanessa joined the Karrie Gavin Group after being inspired by the team’s camaraderie and success, not just in sales numbers but in customer satisfaction, which is always her top priority.
 
Vanessa is very active within the local Ukrainian community and upholds her Eastern European roots. She speaks fluent Ukrainian, and can even recite a poem in Lithuanian, thanks to her father! She is also a true dog whisperer, and has provided walks, overnight care, grooming services and foster care to countless dogs over the years.
